  • SHIPPING

    All items are shipped via standard Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 business working days and timeframes will vary depending on where you are located.

    Standard Postage & Handling Delivery fees for South Australia (metro & regional) is $9.95. Interstate and interstate shipping fees (Australia wide) will be $14.95.

    Whilst we will always endeavour to provide prompt delivery of your order, any unforeseen delays once the products leave our premises, are beyond our control and does not enable an automatic cancellation of the order, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery.

    During peak times, we appreciate your patience as we work through large volumes of orders. However, if an order has taken longer than you’d expect, please call us immediately on (08) 8332 6305 and we will track the order for you and let you know of its progress.
     

  • REFUNDS

    Please select your products carefully, as we do not accept returns if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice.  We want you to love our products so if you are not 100% satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@tarallibiscuits.com.au

    We will offer a refund if there is a fault in the product up to 1 month from the date of purchase (proof of purchase MUST be provided). All freight charges sending the product/s back to Head Office will also be refunded when the product has been deemed faulty however will need to be initially paid for by the Customer.  A receipt of this freight must also be attached to be refunded. Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery time frames. Orders cannot be refunded once they are with our couriers for delivery.
