So what’s John & Anna’s secret? Well they use traditional recipes dating back to the early 1900’s, where some of these products were sold at their popular bakery in the town of San Martino – an idyllic area in Southern Italy known for its culinary delight.
It was John & Anna’s vision when they moved to Australia in the 1950s to share their love and passion for Italian food with their local community, so they too could enjoy and experience a little taste of Italy.
Today, John & Anna continue to bake throughout the early hours of the morning , to make sure that every biscuit is cooked to perfection. They source all their ingredients locally and ensure that only the best quality products are used!
So what’s so special about their products? They have over 15 specialty lines to choose from, that offer a healthy snack option for the whole family to enjoy. Specialising in Taralli, Grissini, Almond Bread and a range of biscotti- there is something for everyone!
